What platform do you build sites on?

Because of the ease in which you'll be able to edit your sites, and the ability to grow your business we use our Bespoke platform, Soul Software. Your first year will be built into your custom build contract. Then after the first year the software license is only $111-$333 per month depending on your customizations and business needs.

Can you build on the website platform I currently use?

We build on SoulSoftware. However, we may be able to migrate your current site and build on top of it versus starting from scratch.

What do I need in order for you to begin?

We need to have a consult call and then all of your content before we can start the project (images, website copy, etc). We'll send a detailed questionnaire share a video guiding you through the process as a guide. We will need this work completed 1 week before the design week. If items are missing we will let you know. The final deadline is 48hrs prior to your scheduled design week. If it is not complete before then will have to delay your project and you'll need to reschedule on our calendar.

What if I don't have time to do get all the components I need to start the project?

If you do not meet the deadline we will reschedule you to another date per our availability.

How do I start the process?

Do I need to pay a retainer fee?

Absolutely! We accomodate clients seeking swift website launches. Once we reserve your design week, it becomes exclusively yours, no one can take your slot. The non-refundable retainer fee ensures our commitment to you and our other clients during your designated week

What does the Bespoke Signature Design include?

You receive 1 year of domain registration, website hosting, a year of maintenance for stability and function, a fully implemented and launched website, training for you and any of your team members to easily update your site, and all the graphic files used in your website.
