    Forever Grads

What you paid for once, you own for good.

Every version of this certification, from here forward, belongs to you. You paid tuition once. That's the only time you ever pay it.

Fall Semester: September 20 to December 20, 2026.

    The Promise

The School kept growing. So does what you own.

New tools. New structure. New language for things I could only gesture at back then.

And it kept sitting wrong with me that the people who took the earliest version would end up holding the smallest one.

So here's the promise, plainly. Every future version of the Lightness Method certification is yours, for as long as I teach it. No tuition, ever again. Come back as often as a season allows.

    Three Doors

Come back in whatever way fits your season.

    Audit the Semester

Come to the live sessions, take what's useful, skip what isn't. Nothing is due. Nobody calls on you. This is the low-effort door, for the season when you want to be near the work without carrying anything.

    Take the Full Certification

The complete current School. Current curriculum, current tools, current credential, the full cohort experience. No tuition. It's already yours.

    Seat a New Student

If your season is full and your heart still leans in, you can cover a seat in full or in part for an applicant who can't get there on their own. They'll know a graduate seated them. They won't know which one unless you want them to.

    Which door fits your season?

    What's New

What's been added since you came through.

    1. The Diagnostic Toolkit

The OCP Check and the W.I.C.K.E.D. Wall assessment, with more tools coming. These are the instruments I use now to name what's actually in someone's way, in the first conversation, out loud, without guessing at it.

    2. Recorded Call Assessment

Submit your real coaching calls on your own timeline. I return written and voice feedback on every one. This is where coaches are made.

    3. The Depth Track

An optional layer of individualized coaching, case work, and private support for practitioners who want more of my eyes on their work.

    4. The Language

A decade in, I say things in one sentence that used to take me twenty minutes. The teaching has settled, and that changes what a semester feels like.

    Graduate Voices

You already know what happens in that room.

“My biggest aha is I have a lot more within myself than I thought I did... I love the outlines and conversation moving questions V offers that I now use in my own coaching sessions. These templates have taken my sessions to the next level and helped to get to the root of problems for clients. This program is worth every penny and then some.”

“What turned me on about this was the inclusion of everything... the body, the soul, and the business. The intertwining of those threads.”

“I’ve become a better listener... the art of listening, the art of curiosity... leading people to their own divine answers through the art of asking questions.”

    Theresa King

    Coach School Graduate

“The strength I didn’t realize that I had was my ability to open up so easily with a client. Open up, relate, show me as well as see them. I did that. That kind of blew my mind a little bit... Every single class session in the Coaching School was pure intellect & a soul-deep experience!”

    Melissa Nicole

    Coach School Graduate

“People today want that one-on-one connection. I learned a lot about being a good listener. The training will reveal and improve what you’re actually doing in a session and make you better.”

New students learn as much from a graduate in the room as they do from me. You'd be doing me a favor by showing up.

    Forever

    You helped build this.

What you carried out of your cohort doesn't expire, and now the training doesn't either. Every version I ever build has your name on it. That was the least I could do for the people who trusted the earliest version.

Pick the door that feels light. If you'd rather just tell me, reply to any email of mine and I'll take care of the rest.
