Lightness Coach School is a one semester mentorship
Where you become a working Lightness Coach under my direct guidance. You learn The Lightness Method from the inside by receiving it, practice it on real calls, and refine it with my eyes on your actual work.
We build your coaching, not just your knowledge. You graduate certified, practiced, and in motion before the new year.
One month per pillar
Feel
Truthful Acknowledgement of how we feel comes first. This is the somatic foundations. You'll learn the Lightness Method system on how to check in with your body and mind, and receive training on how to accept how we feel and safely feel contrast in your body.
Find
Here we get in touch with our heart center, tap into God / Source energy. The laws of the universe curriculum are infused with intuition training. Then, you'll learn to teach the same techniques with your clients for them to find their alignment and feel God/ All That Is / The Universe in their life.
Focus
Learn the Focus and Flow strategies. Apply with clients. Check on yourself mid session, staying open, curious, and present instead of slipping into assessment mode. You submit recorded sessions and receive my written and voice feedback on each one. Rest week at Thanksgiving.
Flow
Refinement, certification exam, and your coaching identity. Graduation ceremony December 20. You enter the new year as a certified Lightness Coach.

Feel, Find, Focus, Flow. The complete curriculum, included. You graduate certified in the method by its creator.
Personal Lightness Coaching sessions with me across the semester. We teach what we have lived.
Recorded call assessments each trimester, submitted on your timeline within each window. I review every one and return written and voice feedback. This is where coaches are made.
A cohort capped at 12. Weekly live circle calls, all recorded, where we practice, workshop real client moments, and coach each other in real time.
