Truthful acknowledgement of how we feel comes first. Somatic foundations. You learn the Lightness Method system for checking in with your body and mind, and receive training on how to accept how we feel and safely feel contrast in your body.
Find
Get in touch with your heart center, tap into Source energy. The laws of the universe curriculum infused with intuition training. Learn to teach the same techniques with your clients so they find their alignment and feel God, All That Is, The Universe in their life.
Focus
Learn the Focus and Flow strategies. Apply with clients. Check on yourself mid session, staying open, curious, and present instead of slipping into assessment mode. Submit recorded sessions and receive written and voice feedback on each one. Rest week at Thanksgiving.
Flow
Refinement, certification exam, and your coaching identity. Graduation ceremony December 20. You enter the new year as a Certified Lightness Coach.

I respect psychology, neuroscience, stress physiology, body awareness and nervous-system research. I am not training neuroscientists or therapists.
Knowing the name of every neurological process is not the same as knowing what to do with the human being sitting across from you.
Science explains what it can explain. Spirituality holds what it holds. My work lives in the practice between them.
Lightness Coaching is not psychotherapy, trauma treatment, medical or psychiatric care. Coaches are taught scope and referral boundaries. I do not claim science proves God, spirituality or manifestation.
